How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Not at all! We bring everything needed to complete your clean, including our cleaning products, materials and equipment. If you have a particular product or equipment you would prefer us to use, just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate where possible. We always recommend supplying your own mop for hygiene purposes.

Do you offer professional window cleaning?

Yes, we do! We offer professional window cleaning services for homes and properties. Simply get in touch with a few details about your property and we’ll be happy to provide you with a personalised quote.

Do you offer regular cleaning services?

Absolutely! We offer regular cleaning services to help keep your home looking and feeling its best. Whether you’re looking for weekly, fortnightly or another regular cleaning schedule, we can work with you to find an option that suits your needs.

How can I get a quote?

Getting a quote is easy! Simply contact us with some details about your property and the cleaning services you’re looking for. We may ask a few questions about the size of your home, the type of clean required and any particular areas you’d like us to focus on. From there, we’ll provide you with a personalised quote.

Is there a cancellation fee if I cancel my appointment within 24 hours?

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re always happy to help where we can.

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If we receive less than 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service fee.

This fee helps cover the time we have reserved for your booking and allows us to fairly compensate our cleaning team for the appointment that was set aside for you.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your booking. We’ll always do our best to be understanding and assist where we can.
