How soon must I cancel my appoinment?


You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.




Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?


No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.




Do you do professional window cleaning?


Yes, we can provide you with a quote depending on the size of your property




If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?


Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

We do not accept credit card payments. Payments may be made electronically into our business banking account. All information is provided on our invoices.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that jobs get cancelled.  Please provide us with as much notice as possible, at least 24 hours is preferable.
